Love Aaj Kal opens with one of the most interesting tracks in recent times. By remixing the legendary Nagin snake charmer tune, Pritam puts his skills to fine use this time. Now this can surely qualify as inspiration or tribute, rather than blatant plagiarism. The snake tune leads into a hip-hop heavy track called Twist. As with Pritam's Bhool Bhulaiyaa number, Twist also has an instantly catchy hook. Akshay regular Neeraj Shreedhar delivers big time in what could be one of Saif's biggest hits ever. Don't be surprised if it's all over the radio stations very soon.

It's one of the most complete albums in recent times. Saif brings the best out of Pritam for his maiden production.

After the hit score of "Jab We Met", director Imtiaz Ali has collaborated with Pritam yet again for the music of Saif Ali Khan's production debut "Love Aaj Kal". Pritam has left no stone unturned in creating soulful melodies.

On the whole, Pritam has done a good job with the soundtrack and created songs that are sure to become hits..

It sounds too good to be true but Pritam seems to have kept all his brilliant compositions on hold between Jab We Met and Love Aaj Kal. Yes, he has had quite a few good albums in the form of Race, Jannat, Singh Is Kinng and Kismat Konnection in the interim as well but his attachment of Imtiaz and his film is visible in the compositions of Love Aaj Kal. It is not everyday that each and every song turns out to be extremely good in an album but that's indeed the case with Love Aaj Kal. This one is going to be unstoppable once it hits the stands.
